"My wife and I recently moved to the Victoria, MN area and were shopping around for trash disposal & recycling service.  When comparing many of the companies, we narrowed our choice to Elite Waste and a competitor.  We had first called the competitor and were intrigued by the promotion that they were currently running so we then called Elite to see if they had anything similar.  We have always been big advocates of local companies so we were excited to learn of Elite's hometown presence.

Aaron Roth of Elite was very courteous and straightforward about their service and costs, even though no promotions were running at the time and the service was a few dollars more than the competitor initially quoted.

Due to the competitor's promotion and small savings, we reluctantly called them back to sign up for service even though our preference was still to go local.  During the 2nd call with them we received a new quote, from a different customer service person that was significantly higher than we had been quoted just hours earlier.  We had asked them why the new quote was higher and was told that my earlier quote couldn't have been correct because it was too low!  At the end of the day, we called Aaron back at Elite and signed a contract immediately.  We have been very impressed with their communication and service to date and look forward to a long lasting relationship, Our advice to you is to save your time and hassle and use Elite for your disposal & recycling service - you won't regret it!"
