Fuel Surcharge Rates

Under $3.00 per gallon of diesel fuel = 0.00%
$3.01 - $3.24 per gallon of diesel fuel = 1.00%
$3.25 - $3.49 per gallon of diesel fuel = 1.50%
$3.50 - $3.74 per gallon of diesel fuel = 2.00%

$3.75 - $3.99 per gallon of diesel fuel = 2.50%
$4.01 - $4.24 per gallon of diesel fuel = 3.00%
$4.25 - $4.49 per gallon of diesel fuel = 3.50%

$4.50 - $4.74 per gallon of diesel fuel = 4.00%
$4.75 - $4.99 per gallon of diesel fuel = 4.50%
Every $0.50 per gallon over $5.00 increases the percentage by 0.50%
*Calculated on the average price of diesel fuel for the two months prior to the statement date.
